Alex McLain

User Support Specialist

Alex joined Suite3 in 2021 as a User Support Specialist. Alex brought to us the experience of a 6-year career in IT and over 15 years in customer service, where he developed a skill set directly relevant to his network and desktop support role. In his history, Alex has served as an IT Support Specialist in a financial services organization, and most recently was a Remote Support Engineer Level 2 for a regional managed services provider. Alex also holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Holyoke Community College and holds CompTIA Security+ Certification.
