Suite3 is always looking for A-players capable of handling first and second-level support of service requests and project implementations regarding a variety of our core technologies, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, security platforms, and client specific hardware and software. All positions will include both telephone and remote support using state-of-the-art managed services tools.
We require individuals who possess a high level of independence and strong client service skills. Organizational ability is important to keep track of all tasks, because our environment requires a great deal of multi-tasking. We require accurate and timely tracking of client work, service calls, and related documentation.

A proven, demonstrated troubleshooting ability in another MSP or within a mid-market (100-1000 employee) business is a prerequisite. In addition, you must have a strong desire to learn new technologies. Examples of our key support technologies include:
- Mac/Windows desktop OS & iOS/Android mobile OS
- Line-of-business application support
- Servers, storage, and networking, including firewalls and access points
- Microsoft Windows Server administration
- MSP-centric multi-tenant platforms
- Image-based Backup Solutions
