Eric Kerkhoff staff photoEric came on-board in 2008 as an Operations Analyst, coordinating and planning schedules and projects, and defining operational processes. Eric now serves as our Service Manager, monitoring client support services for successful dispatch and remediation, and coordinating project scheduling.

Eric previously served three years as a Network Administrator for a local manufacturing company, and was a former Tier 3 Support Resource at a regional Internet Service Provider (ISP). Eric holds CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.
