Nick Kimball

Systems Technician

Nick joined our team in 2018 as a User Support Technician, bringing over eight years of IT support experience.  In 2020, Nick has moved to our Systems team, overseeing the data integrity of our managed backup solution as well as building and refining our system prep and imaging processes and infrastructure.  A graduate of Greenfield Community College, Nick has served as a Tech Center Supervisor for a national retail office supply company as well as a Systems Support Specialist with a national retail home goods company where he was responsible for repairing, configuring, and proactively replacing 1000+ PCs, 50+ Macs and 200+ printers at 10 locations.  Most recently, Nick was a Desktop Engineer for a manufacturing company where he created and maintained documentation for all processes and procedures used by technicians and collaborated with other IT team members on matters of security and company policy compliance.  Since joining Suite3, Nick has earned the StorageCraft Engineer certification.
