We’ve recently seen an uptick in clients getting hit by the CryptoWall ransomware, with the common thread of the client receiving an email message about a resume and clicking an attachment.  While you may think you are simply retrieving a .jpg image file, by leveraging creative code behind the scenes, the file is actually a Windows executable file that delivers the ransomware to your system, compromising your files.
