We understand businesses and organizations in all sectors are worried about what impact the stay-at-home orders related to COVID-19 will have on their operations. In order to assist clients during this time, Suite3 has modified the net terms extended to all clients with active service agreements in place to NET30 days. For most clients, this is a 15-to-20-day extension from previously offered net terms.
However, in order to allow Suite3 to make and sustain this offer, we are asking any clients who have any invoices that are over 30 days old bring their account current and maintain NET30 going forward. Otherwise, be aware we will begin enforcing a 1.5% service charge on any invoices over 30 days old starting May 1, 2020, and any SLAs regarding response times for service will no longer be extended to any client with an invoice over 30 days old.
We hope this extension of net terms helps to ease any burden on cash flow that any client may face. However, we are asking for your assistance in keeping accounts up to date to protect our organization so that we can continue to provide the level of support you rely on and expect.
