Why are Microsoft Competencies important?

Suite3 is an active member in the Microsoft Partner Network, and as such, we work to achieve and maintain several Competencies within their framework. Microsoft competencies are designed to demonstrate our proven expertise in delivering quality solutions in specialized areas of business. These include:

Small and Mid-market Cloud Solutions – Centered around Office 365 and its best-in-class productivity and security

Datacenter – Centered around leveraging System Center 2012, Windows Server virtualization and Hyper-V, and Windows Server 2012/2016 to deliver flexible, scalable, and cost-effective hybrid solutions that bridge on-premises and the cloud

Each Competency requires both a skills assessment, putting our product knowledge to the test by requiring technical staff pass exams and assessments, as well as a proven performance assessment, whereby we prove our ability to meet performance goals by providing verifiable case studies of recent projects leveraging the applicable Microsoft products in the competency. Competencies are not given – they are earned, and they demonstrate the commitment of an organization to continuing education of their technical staff, as well as a demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects and solutions to completion.
