Rick joined Suite3 in 2019 as a member of our Client Support team, bringing over 10 years experience in desktop support, network administration, and systems administration. Well versed in data security requirements, Rick has maintained technologies for private equity firms, biotechnology companies, and day and boarding schools, and has attained certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft in his career. Rick also gained valuable project management and business process experience in operations management for a national print and digital media company prior to his transition into IT.
