Zack Strangman

User Support Technician

Suite3 welcomed Zack to our team in 2021 as a User Support Technician. Zack came to us with over 13 years experience working in enterprise network support capacities at the University of Massachusetts, including as a Wireless and Network Assistant and Associate Network Specialist. In his most recent role, he provided Tier 2 support to 25,000+ users across 200+ buildings in a campus environment while also managing dozens of student workers in both projects and daily operations. Zack adds depth to our support team, specializing in helping Suite3 users with wired, wireless, and remote network connectivity issues. Zack holds a Bachelors of Science degree from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
